Authors are invited to submit original and high-quality scholarly manuscripts to Journal of Strategy and Transformation in Educational Management (JOSTEM). Manuscripts should demonstrate a clear contribution to educational management, leadership, strategy, governance, innovation, organizational change, or institutional transformation and must comply with the journal's editorial, ethical, and manuscript preparation requirements.
Manuscripts submitted to JOSTEM must present original scholarly work that has not been published previously and is not simultaneously under consideration by another journal.
Submissions should demonstrate a clear contribution within one or more of the journal's principal areas: Educational Leadership, Strategy and Governance, Digital Transformation and Educational Innovation, Quality, Organizational Change and Institutional Development, or Academic, Resource and Stakeholder Management.
Studies focusing on classroom teaching, subject-specific learning outcomes, or general educational activities should demonstrate a clear connection to educational management, institutional strategy, leadership, governance, organizational transformation, or decision-making.

JOSTEM applies a double-anonymous peer review process. The manuscript submitted for review must not contain author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or information that directly identifies the authors.
Author names, institutional affiliations, countries, email addresses, and ORCID identifiers should be entered separately in the OJS metadata.
Manuscripts should be submitted in an editable word-processing format and prepared using the official JOSTEM manuscript template where provided.
Original research articles should generally include:
The title should be concise, specific, informative, and clearly reflect the principal educational management issue, organizational context, or analytical contribution examined in the manuscript.
Complete author information must be entered through OJS, including full name, institutional affiliation, country, email address, and ORCID identifier where available.
The abstract should normally contain approximately 150–250 words and summarize the research problem, objective, methodology, principal findings, and main scholarly or practical contribution.
Authors should provide 3–6 keywords that accurately represent the principal concepts, context, methods, and educational management issues addressed in the manuscript.
The Introduction should establish the educational and organizational context of the study, explain the research problem, identify the relevant knowledge or practice gap, state the research objective or questions, and clearly explain the novelty and contribution of the manuscript.
Authors should critically engage with relevant national and international scholarship rather than merely provide a descriptive list of previous studies.
The literature review should establish the theoretical or conceptual foundation of the study and clearly identify the research gap addressed.
Where appropriate, hypotheses, propositions, conceptual relationships, or analytical frameworks should be clearly developed and justified.
The methodology should be described with sufficient detail to allow readers to understand and evaluate the research design and analytical process.
Authors should describe the research context, participants or units of analysis, sampling procedures, instruments, data collection, variables or constructs, analytical methods, and relevant validation procedures.
Quantitative studies should report appropriate reliability, validity, statistical, model-fit, diagnostic, or robustness tests where relevant. Qualitative studies should clearly explain participant selection, data collection, coding, interpretation, trustworthiness, and analytical procedures.
Findings should be presented clearly and logically and supported by appropriate empirical evidence, statistical results, qualitative data, tables, figures, or other relevant material.
The Discussion should interpret the significance of the findings, connect them with relevant theories and previous research, explain similarities or differences with earlier studies, and clearly demonstrate the contribution of the manuscript.
Authors are encouraged to discuss the implications of their findings for educational leadership, management practice, institutional strategy, policy, governance, or organizational transformation.
The Conclusion should summarize the principal findings and clearly state their scholarly and practical significance.
Managerial, institutional, policy, or leadership implications should be directly supported by the results of the study and should avoid overly general recommendations.
Study limitations and directions for future research may also be included.
Authors should provide the following information where applicable:

Tables and figures should be relevant, clearly presented, appropriately numbered, and referred to in the manuscript text.
Each table or figure should include an informative title or caption and identify the source where applicable.
Authors should avoid unnecessarily presenting the same information in both tabular and graphical formats.
References should be relevant, credible, and sufficient to establish the theoretical and empirical context of the study.
Authors are encouraged to engage with recent peer-reviewed international literature together with important foundational sources where appropriate.
References should not be added solely to increase citation counts, and unnecessary self-citation or citation manipulation should be avoided.
Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) should be provided whenever available. Authors are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all references.
Reference formatting should follow the style specified in the official JOSTEM manuscript template.
All submissions undergo initial editorial screening for relevance, originality, scholarly contribution, theoretical quality, methodological soundness, ethical compliance, and adherence to journal requirements.
Manuscripts that pass initial screening may proceed to double-anonymous peer review by at least two independent reviewers.
Authors receiving a revision decision should carefully address reviewer and editor comments and provide a clear point-by-point response.
Submission of a revised manuscript does not guarantee acceptance. The final publication decision remains the responsibility of the editorial team.
Following formal acceptance, manuscripts may undergo copyediting, metadata verification, layout preparation, proofreading, and other production procedures before publication.

Authors may be asked to review and approve proofs before final publication. Published articles are made openly accessible in accordance with the journal's open-access and licensing policy.
